		500 cases combined;  All other locations (Call for details)
	Specialty and Custom Product	2000 pounds Minimum Over/Under run policy is +/- twenty percent (20%).  All specifications are based on commercially accepted tolerances.
		Coreless Rolls Stock Liners and Bags - 64 cases per stock size Specialty and Custom - 1500 pounds
Payment Terms
		1% ten (10) days, Net thirty (30) days. *Prices subject to change without notice. Price prevailing at time of shipment. Freight Prepaid, unless otherwise specified.
Printed Orders
		All plate charges will be invoiced at cost. For details, consult your sales representative or call one of the manufacturing facilities.

Claim for damage or loss must be accompanied by notation by delivering carrier.  An interest rate of 1 1/2% per month is made on all accounts over 30 days.  Total interest rate equals 18% per year.

Any claims involving quality, quantity or damage shall be made promptly, but not later than 30 days after delivery.  Sellers liability shall in no event exceed the the purchase price.  No goods accepted for return without our written permission.
